Solo Toadies,[1] or Green Toadies,[2] are Toadies that travel singularly in the game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, its remake Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, and Yoshi's New Island. Unlike Kamek's red-cloaked Toadies, they are green or dark pink, and their feet are always visible, unlike the red Toady sprites. Green Toadies can be found floating around in a select few levels, and when encountered by a Yoshi, they will try to snatch away Baby Mario. The dark pink Solo Toadies are moderately uncommon, first appearing in The Baseball Boys, and only appear after Baby Mario has been knocked off Yoshi, at which point the Solo Toady appears and attempts to hold the baby out of reach of the Yoshi. Neither type of Toady will fully kidnap Baby Mario, but they will try to separate him from Yoshi long enough for Kamek's group of Toadies to take him away. Green Toadies reappear in Yoshi Touch & Go. Here, instead of trying to snatch Baby Mario, they attempt to defeat Yoshi. Solo Toadies themselves attempt to protect Kamek's group of Toadies from Yoshi's Eggs. They are purple instead of dark pink. In Yoshi's New Island, they wear purple just like their past appearance, and as in the same case of normal Toadies, their skin is yellow, and they are barefoot. Green Toadies themselves are absent, however. Gallery[edit]

Yoshi's Island Faq
Yoshi's Island led to a strong year for Yoshi as a character. IGN's Thomas added that the hand-drawn style of Yoshi's Island made the computer-generated Donkey Kong Country appear outdated, though both games sold well, and Rareware included a Yoshi cameo in their sequel, Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, released that same year. Sep 30, 2005 VGDC and Razoric.com's Stick Flick present Yoshis Island 3! Stick Flick Edition. I know theres alot of yoshis island movies out but I dont care. Mar 03, 2013 Tip: If you're using the wall-running purple triangles in your hack, remember to add tile 1EB (or a tile that acts like tile 1EB) underneath it.
Yoshi's Island 6-7 1
KEEP MOVING!!!! is the seventh level in World 6 of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. Layout[edit]Hence its namesake, the player has to keep moving in this level. At the beginning of the level, Red Yoshi will find many Number Platforms, and then after going along them a bit, a Chomp Shark will start chasing the player. Soon after, the player will need to ride a spinning platform to get to some Flatbed Ferries over spikes, where Yoshi will encounter another Chomp Shark. Then the player will need to ride another Flatbed Ferry, then cross a lot of spikes on Number Platforms. The player will then need to cross a bridge over a long gap. At the end of the gap they will be on a large stone area, but then go onto another bridge, which leads to a Flatbed Ferry. The player will continue to go through a winding area full of many Flatbed Ferries. Eventually the player will get to an area with some steps heading up into the next area. After that there will be a castle arena filled with great number of Bandits. After that area the player will need to cross some thorns, after that the player will go up some steps where they will encounter even more Bandits. Not long after, the level will be completed after going down a Warp Pipe. This is the only non-castle/fort level to feature the music that's typically used in castles or fortresses, if players don't count the extra level of World 1 (Poochy Ain't Stupid). However, the last part of the level appears to be in front of a castle (probably Bowser's Castle). The background used in the second scene of this level alludes to Van Gogh's The Starry Night.
