The games all star Mario's faithful dinosaur steed Yoshi, who originally debuted in Super Mario World.An interesting aspect of the series is that most of the games in the series are Prequels to the rest of the Mario series. In addition to the eponymous dinosaurs, the games feature baby versions of the staple Mario cast.

• Extra Levels

At the end of every world there are two question mark boxes. When you get a 100 on every level on that world those two levels will appear.

• Find the secret Beanstalk

When you are on level 1 7 at the end after you have gone through the tunnel, there is a log. Go to the top tip of the log and jump. Then a bouncey ball will come out. Jump on that and you will go up. Then go to the left and roll the rock. A question mark will appear hit that and you will go up a beanstalk.

• Free Games

In the level select screen hold the select button and press: X, X, Y, B, A.

• Level 3-8: Pirahna Quick Kill (Cheat)

After sliding down the tunnels and landing in the water, swim right in the water and jump up to the far left edge of the white platform. Before Kamek appears, shoot the small Pirahna Plant to win the boss battle easily. | Submitted by DennisDreessen

• Secret Coins

On level 1-3, If you go to the second advice box jump high to the left. If done right you will come upon a ledge. Run to the left and recieve 95+ coins.

• Secret Doors

In Sluggy the Unshaven's Fort, go in the door at your left at the start. Next, use a POW or ? bubble item. A door will appear. Go through it to recieve a secret code.

Level The Impossible? Maze World-Level Extra 4 Game Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 List of levels>> The Impossible? Maze is the 4th extra level that appears in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its Game Boy Advance port Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. It is found by getting a 100 percent score in every level in the fourth world. The level appears to be a dim maze-like underground sewer that would most likely seem endless, unless Yoshi notices where he can roll to the crates to reach higher areas where a door is. He can push the crates through the water to also find other items, such as Red Coins and Flowers. The main enemies found in this level are Piranha Plants and the Grim Leechers that come out of pipes. This level features a lot of aspects, including pipes that operate like doors and the aforementioned Grim Leechers, which are not featured in any other stage (barring the stages added in Super Mario Advance 3).
